That's right, folks, for less than $500 bucks a month, you get to live within walking distance of the greatest pancake shack this side of the Canadian border.
No cats or dogs? Perfect, cause you can't have either. You can have two rooms all to yourself to spread out everything you own instead of cramming it into one tiny bedroom. This is great for having people over, as long as it's not too big of a group. If you are planning on having a big group over, you must give advance warning. I'll probably say, "I'll think about it," but really I'll just be saying that to get you to leave me alone.
